Leadership through unprecedented times - Royer Thompson

Leadership through unprecedented times

We are hearing from clients who lead organizations in these unprecedented times. There is a lot coming at them from the perspective of the business and what they need to do to ensure they get through the pandemic and are ready for recovery in whatever form it takes. No one claims to be entirely surefooted in every situation but there is consensus that strategies need to be flexible and are best informed with input from others. Top of mind is how they show up as leaders for the business and for their teams. These discussions have been centered  on the values and behaviours they believe are imperative to consistently display in decisions and actions. Here we offer key questions that will help leaders align and become intentional about how to show up:

  • What does success look like? (financial, cultural, brand)
  • How do we want to show up as we navigate through this pandemic?
  • For each other?
  • For our clients?
  • For our community?
  • What does that look like? What doesn’t it look like?
