Dominique strives to create a positive impact on people, organizations, and communities. She is a highly accomplished and trusted professional with almost 15 years of international and local experience working with multinational companies in diverse sectors. With a natural curiosity and expertise in research, Dominique is analytical and methodological in her approach to the search process. She is drawn to community building through immigration, cultural competence, awareness and sensitivity, and EDIA. Born and raised in Ecuador, Dominique immigrated to Canada in 2022, and we have since been blessed to have her as a valued member of our team at Royer Thompson; during this time, she has contributed to high-calibre searches in our executive recruitment practice.

Dominique holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and an MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Lynn University, as well as a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University. Before joining Royer Thompson, Dominique worked for multinational companies, including Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and Vital Transportation Partners.
